Orders

After you check out you will get an email with your tracking information. If you ever have an issue with your shipping you can always contact us here. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48-72 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours after your order is processed to let you know your order is on the way! Please be mindful that once we ship your product through the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free standard shipping is offered on domestic orders over $99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We currently ship to Canada, and most of Europe and the UK. We will be moving to a new shipping facility in the coming months and should have much more access to ship elsewhere. Please be aware that customs duties may apply and take that into the cost of ordering. We have no control over when customs fees are charged, and you take that responsibility upon ordering. Keep an eye out for a notice from customs to pay duties & fees. Often you will need to pay this before they will deliver it to you, and if it is not paid they will return it to sender.

Yes! Just send us a message here with what you would like to say and we will be more then happy to add it to your package. Also, our packing slips do not show pricing so you are good there. 

Oh no! These things can happen and we would be happy to fix the problem for you. Please fill out the form on this page with a detailed explanation and we will be in touch! We always ship broken or missing items out right away at no additional cost to you. 

We have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee! If you would like to ask for a refund for the product cost and return your product within 90 days from your delivery date you may do so by filling out the form on this page and requesting a refund. Please state your concern or issue, this will help us make better products in the future!

SPICES

Our spices have a shelf life of about a year however we encourage you to use them fresh! For the longest life, we recommend using a spoon to scoop or pour the contents into a bowl and apply from there to avoid moisture getting mixed in. Then you can use your hands and get up close and personal with your food. 

While we do use some organic ingredients we are not completely organic certified at this time. Rest assured we source high quality seasoning and we always are looking for ways to up-level quality where we can. 

Yes! Currently they are packaged in a gluten free space as well. There is also no MSG or artificial anything added.
